Final production for the 1st batch is this week. PCB factory was slow in getting the boards done, so we were waiting on those :(. Knock on wood, I'll have the dimmers here the following week.

As to shipping to Canada, just to give you an idea, a set of LR4's usually runs about ~$20 first class and ~$30 priority.

    hi Justin,
you said you run a combo? …I like how the Husky has his mount set up…I have a KTM 530exc I would prob run something similar as far as mounting as he did,
what is your combo set up…spot on one side flood on the other??

    thanks

Vernon - yes, I run a combo, but what I meant is I run a set of each. I run a set of our LR4 floods and LR62 spots. We don't have a spot pattern light in the same format as the LR4 light. You just can't get a true spot beam from the same reflector size out of the Cree XM-L chip. Our spot pattern lights have much bigger reflectors and as a result, much bigger housings. The LR4 has great range for a flood light though - between the reflector design, and sheer brute force, it really throws quite far. From customer feedback and personal experience, the LR4 is the best do it all light we have. Give a pair a try, and if you're not happy send them back for a full refund :deal.

FYI Folks - Our first shipment of dimmers has arrived, after a long wait. Here's a new pic:

What's changed since the last pictures:

    1. All wires come out of one grommet.

    2. Different wire coloring so you know which is input and which is output.

    3. Leads extended to two feet to make it easier on the end user.

I know some folks here were waiting, so let me know if you want one. They should be ready to ship on Monday. Pricing will be about $36. With discount, that should be right around $30. With a pair of lights, pricing will be $10 less. I'll have all the details sorted over the next few days.

Please reserve one for me. As soon as they appear on your website I'll be ordering a pair of LR4s and a dimmer.
    cheers. :clap

Well, good news and bad news. The good news is mostly for you, and the bad news is mostly for us [IMG].

Bad news first: I'm not happy with how the first batch of dimmers look after we seal them up. Electronically, they work great, and are fully functional. Cosmetically, they are below my standards, and as such, I'm not happy selling them as a full retail product. Here's some pictures:

    https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/-...AC1k/w0i0NQQyAmI/s640/IMG_20140126_095628.jpg

Now, the good news: Our loss is your gain; another great special for ADVRider members. These are not that bad looking; we just have high standards for anything we sell. So, if you want a great deal, and cosmetic imperfections are not that important to you, we're offering one free dimmer from this batch with the purchase of a pair of LR4 lights. If you want to take advantage of this deal, use the link below to order a pair of LR4's, and the dimmer will be included free. ADV15 coupon applies as always.

*Link removed - free dimmer deal is done*

If you already have a set of our lights and would like one of these dimmers, the cost will be $15 shipped. Send me a PM or email for Payment info.

Note: We may be a few days behind getting these orders shipped out for this special.

We're making some modifications to the next batch of dimmers to use an O-ring sealed case and a waterproof grommet/loom to avoid the need for secondary sealing.

    Dimmer Specs are as follows:

Dimming Mode - Continually variable Pulse Width Modulation via large, glove friendly knob.
Supply Voltage - 8 to 20 Volts DC
Output Current - 7 Amps at 13.8 Volts DC
2 Foot Leads for easy wiring
    Over Voltage Protection
    Over Current Protection
    Great for panel mounting

    Wiring:

Input + = red (From battery)
Input - = black (From battery)
Output + = gray (To Lights)
Output - = white (To Lights)
Bypass = blue (Connect to switched 12v source to bypass dimmed setting).

Any questions? Post them here or PM, happy to answer.

PM sent and I tried to place an order but your site still insists that I "select a state" so I can't progress to the payment stage. I tried to put in Alabama but it still doesn't let me get to the payment stage because my ZIP code doesn't match. Please advise.

    Thanks for the order :)

The 25 watts are coming "soon". Sorry I don't have an exact ETA yet, but it will be within the next month; hopefully within the next two weeks.
