the local shop (Honey Brook) shows the 2018 klx 140g at $3699.00, ( I called them, plus sales tax and $189 title fee) $4110 out the door.
that includes a $50 coupon for anything at the store. This is advertised on website, show this to your local dealer, if they can do it, so can you your local dealer.
plus you will probably go back to your local dealer to buy parts and accessories

I have tried to buy out of state before (power sports east Delaware) but they seem to have this idea since I am coming from PA, they can charge more than MSRP because they know they are already 6% cheaper than PA shop

Well I already gave them 500 so I guess that’s that. Don’t want to constantly go though the nickel and dime bs although now I’m playing the same game over an FE350 and EXC-F. So far the FE is in the lead for the cheapest. Sill have to call a Beta dealer other than Kissel.

If you're looking at beta try Bromley's. I got mine there. Good people. They also sell KTM... So you can look at things side by side sit on them, etc...

Snowing in Pottsville as we speak and cold. Don't know when I'll get up there again. White Devil and I live just miles apart, doesn't he have a Beta 350? Can stop by my house anytime

Hunting season is over so we could sneak an off-road ride in my neighborhood.

Beta is at least an inch shorter seat height. Now is the time to buy 350 left overs.

For Beta Enduro - Ryanco is the best around - all the Bloomsburg area guys deal with him and you never hear anything but positive. I also know that Ryan goes out on the weekends and rides with guys he sells bikes to- I've met him. Very down to earth guy- talk to Chris Greek about his experinces with Ryan.

I was talking to someone at DS who said he is going to be a BETA dealer.
I was also talking to someone from Honey Brook but I was talking to so many people I can’t remember if it was the same guy.

No. This does not happen in a traditional inverted fork set up. These are not like nitrogen or bypass shocks. The fork collapsing and moving fluid through the valve does nothing to compress the air in the fork tube. This ONLY happens if you overfill the oil beyond what the collapsed fork length is.

If your forks are set up PROPERLY then there is no issue. I understand the air gap and oil height and that's my point. Riding a properly set up bike and hitting whoops wide open is going to put way more pressure on anything in there than it would strapped to a trailer to tight, however the same forces apply.

If you have to much oil or pressurized the upper chamber for some reason then yes, absolutely, you are going to have issues but you'll have those same issues if you ride the bike and bottom out the suspension.

You don't "have" to plate a bike right away. The title is still in your name and you can plate it at any point after that. You can buy from any state that you want and plate it 10 years from now if you want, or in 6 weeks when you get the title back. You're still going to pay the 6% tax on it when you do though unless you do SD title. ( I think )
