DVR is clear and ready. Another epic year for Audi and Corvette!

The world's most important single auto race.

    (Fuck Toyota)

    Go Tom!!!

Do you have another channel to record on during Speed's off air time?

Now, now. :lol3 They had a little fun during the first couple of laps.

Toyota is a serious contender this year. I'm a Mazda guy and want them to continue as the only Japanese overall winner. Hence, the bad karma from me.

I'll see if I'm able to stay up and watch on speed.com, other wise no backup plan right now.

Shit, I just started watching the coverage. It seems an Aston was in a fatal accident early in the race. The team just confirmed the racer died at the hospital.

    :waysad

Edit: Allan Simonsen was his name. RIP.

    RIP. Tragic.

I wonder if the tree on the other side of the Armco played a role?

I wondered the same thing, the car seemed to brutalized for hitting Armco alone.

    You must like Vettel too?

I'm rooting for Toyota because Audi owners are the douchiest of douches; next to BMW owners.

Times are starting to tighten up a little between Audi & Toyota. Did Audi get that big of a fuel advantage with 20 minutes of full course caution at the beginning of the race?

Great to hear Sam's memories of 1970 and Steve McQueen.

Well done Audi! #9 for Tom. So much emotion for everyone and for Tom, in particular.

    A memorable LeMans. :thumb
