Just riding around "the block" yesterday (this is rural Montana, we have very large "blocks") on the 950SE. I put links to the vaguely interesting bits in the video info - but when I say interesting I mean "something other than riding in a straight line".

It's long and boring, I mostly just uploaded it so I could watch it on days when it's too cold/gray/rainy/snowy to ride. It was only 55F out but it was very sunny and some beautiful views along the way.

I did not link to the spots where I shout "Mooo!" at the cows (still no response from them, someday I hope to make a breakthrough in cowmunications) nor the spot where I use the rear brake for the first time since last October and it instantly locks up and makes me look like a bigger squid than I am.

Video is from a chest mounted GoPro Hero2, trimmed and uploaded using Vegas Movie Studio HD.

Looked to me like the Jeep had way too much air in the tires. Even as bald as they looked, a softer "footprint" would have provided a lot more traction and allowed him to get around without messing things up in the area off the edge of the road.

With the crashbar mount the camera bounces around a bit so if you get motion sickness from videos you might want to pass on the vids.

Anyway it started with some of this: :clap
    <iframe frameborder="0" scrolling="no" width="425" height="240" src="http://api.smugmug.com/services/embed/1824758100_4Kvpj9W?width=425&height=240"></iframe>

After a short warmup on powerline we decided to follow the brick road (no they were not yellow bricks) :deal
    <iframe frameborder="0" scrolling="no" width="425" height="240" src="http://api.smugmug.com/services/embed/1824746016_fQVKhKq?width=425&height=240"></iframe>

    I spy someone taking a picture! :lol3
    <iframe frameborder="0" scrolling="no" width="425" height="240" src="http://api.smugmug.com/services/embed/1824739989_xhVF7LM?width=425&height=240"></iframe>

And the rest in no particular order:
    <iframe frameborder="0" scrolling="no" width="425" height="240" src="http://api.smugmug.com/services/embed/1824753968_TZXgt49?width=425&height=240"></iframe>

    <iframe frameborder="0" scrolling="no" width="425" height="240" src="http://api.smugmug.com/services/embed/1824758570_P323KGx?width=425&height=240"></iframe>

And a clip (which should be contained within one of the longer vids) of a front wheel slide on some loose gravel. It looks a lot less dramatic then it felt/was.... :baldy

Hi, good footage and thanks for sharing. I take it you've got the bike back together with the new motor? Did you enjoy it? Is looks brutal to me. How sore were your wrists and back after that?

Apologies for the vibrations... After this video was taken, I installed a brace to stabilize the dash mounted phone and GPS.

Wrists and back were fine. The "Amageza Rally" is a link, click on it to get my opinions on the motor.

Here's my first try at ever trying to post a video. The camera is just a simple pocket digital camera with a video feature. I attached the camera to the bars using a Ram Mount, so it shakes a little. So it's not super tight woods, but it feels tight with the 500 pound bike! :D
