    Yeah, BMW is already doing this since 2000 on the 650's and now they also do it on the 700&800 cc's.

    The common tanks area is used for the airbox, the oil tank and the battery.

    Technically, it keeps the center of gravity not much, but a little lower.

    It was really nice.You just ride down the road and at the end is a sign and then salt for as far as the eye can see.I rode 300-400 yards out.Didn't want to lose sight of the end of the pavement and that sign.:D
