How many are out there?
Let's see your pictures........
Here is my 2011 Can-Am Spyder RT-SM5
I have to admit I'm impressed with the inroads CanAm has made with these unique vehicles in a relatively short period of time. I see a lot these on the road here in Washington.
Here is a thread that I will be watching! I love the Spyder, but just cannot justify a roadster right now. People seem to think of it as a car or a trike and it is neither nor have they ever pretended to be either one. If I had the extra space and the time to ride it, there would be one in the garage right now!
has it become possible to disable the traction control yet?
has major fun potential if so
Doesn't this belong in Hacks? - "Sidecars & other cooleo 2+ wheeled moto-contraptions"
if a gold wing can be in this section, why not.
Do dealers allow test rides/drives on these things?
I'd like to give one a whirl just for shitsandgiggles.
Could you pull a dirt-bike on that trailer?
I test rode the touring model on a whim (and a dare), I gotta say, it turned out better then I expected. Get into some turns and they are like a snowmobile almost.
they've had 3 test ride days at my local dealer so far. the last time i showed up i couldn't go because they require long pants.
My (limited) experience with snowmobiles says that this is not a good attribute.
NO, there is no way to turn it off, wished it did..........
Yes they do.........check it out.
Not with my trailer, but with a small motorcycle trailer you could.
Come on out of the closet, I'm sure there are more than just two of you here.
I've tested one, and it was enjoyable. I too wished I could shut of the stability control, but I think the majority of this bike's buyers don't care.
There are a lot them here in SoCal. I think they help a lot of 'mobility lacking' folks get to be out in the wind on them.
East Bound and Down, Baby!
I thought there was a Trike forum.
It's not Trike....................It's a ROADSTER
Walks like a duck, quacks like a duck...belongs in Hacks.
