    AJ,
by the way: your centerstand angle looks a bit odd to me: standing more skewed like mine & others. Compare the images just above here. You should check the bedstop.

You're welcome. Now that I'm back at work at the HMS Slave Galley, here's a link to where I found the information on the CCP and what the different settings are: LINK

I use a Kreiga US15 as my tool bag. When the panniers are on the bike, its lives in the left pannier. When I'm camping or riding without the panniers, I attach it to the rear plate. You can see it in this picture along with my Kreiga hydration pack. It's the perfect size for my tools and my tire repair kit. I've had it now for 3 years on two bikes and it's dirty but otherwise just like new. Keep everything nice and dry too. :D

I know this is an old post but I had to point out that I must do this ride one day. That looks like my kinda place with nary a single sole anywhere in sight.

this is my bike , photo taken when my self made boxes was in alu, no color.

    <a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/30695301@N04/8321522868/" title="IMGP7516 by hoitomtf, on Flickr"><img src="http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8212/8321522868_59730dc6c0.jpg" width="500" height="332" alt="IMGP7516"></a>

here I have just put some folie on them , and think its much nicer with black boxes (Im not sure of the correct english name on them .... :-) ) also you can see my self made feet mud protection

    <a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/30695301@N04/8320453539/" title="IMG_0041 by hoitomtf, on Flickr"><img src="http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8501/8320453539_1c17be13be.jpg" width="500" height="374" alt="IMG_0041"></a>

here i have put a mud protection behind the front wheel .... like to make some stuff by my self , as long that its possible , and think a bike like GS really is a bike to put some personal touch on

    <a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/30695301@N04/8320452753/" title="IMG_0059 by hoitomtf, on Flickr"><img src="http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8355/8320452753_b3dd307077.jpg" width="374" height="500" alt="IMG_0059"></a>

put some light on the crashbar ,and also put a wind protector like it is on the 1200 , just above the signallight on each side , hard to see ,.....but 2 wery black alu pieces on the side og the main light

    <a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/30695301@N04/8320451907/" title="IMG_0067 by hoitomtf, on Flickr"><img src="http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8497/8320451907_38b4681db7.jpg" width="500" height="374" alt="IMG_0067"></a>

and here is the bike from behind with my oil and gasolin for the bike and the cooking equipment so there will be no smell inside the boxes....( have a wife.....)

    Hi,for a moment I thought I'm in the 1150gs thread..alas its a nice looking bike,but I cant afford the extra 50cc..

oh,i've seen somewhere someone modded the 1150gs fork into the 1100GS.
Any feedback?I have a bend rightside fork and corroded fork tube,so need to get a replacement. And someone have the 1150 fork for sale and willing to ship to Singapore.I just thought it would be nice though.
