    Bought my 2003 1150GSA new in Germany as a 'retirement' gift to myself as I ended my military service. This was my first motorcycle, and I racked up about 123k miles on her between '03 and '09. Put her into storage for a few years, and just brought her back to service in the past 2 months. Having owned 5 other assorted bikes since, and even though she is a fat heavy pyg, she is still my favorite by far.

    Scott, I don't know as this is the way it was when we traded. I've got them off for now and am using the aerostitch in the rear. We are still snowpacked here but I've gotten out for a couple short, cold rides! I'm loving it so far. IMG_0485.JPG

    You need the panniers set up high so you don't get stuck it all that snow!

    Nice ride JCF, congrats with the buy.

    Is that mud from splashing through puddles or did it lie down for a rest ? Must say, those tyres look pretty road bias for plugging through mud
