Looks like the normal adventure seat, just "reclothed".

Ordered the Desierto III in the beginning of December 2011.
Delivered within a week, soon I found out that some mounting parts were missing.
Next the entire fairing seemed to be in the wrong shape.
I got a new Desierto III at the end of February and still it didn't fit right, had to use some parts from the "donor" Desierto.
Finally made it fit and it looks good :D
Less wind against the head, above 120km/h some turbulence but still able to keep the visor open.
Only downside is that the entire cockpit is shaking when on a bumpy road, probably because of the weight from the Zumo 500.

I'm most likely the only biker in Holland with PIAA 520, got a lot of dislikes because of the size :)
I don't care as they give about 3x more light than the small Hella DE's I previously had.

After installing the Desierto III and PIAA 520:

And after 5 minutes of stationair running with a broken ignition coil:

Haven't got any recent pics from the bike in his natural environment.
Here are some from holiday last year (Switzerland):

This thread seemed to have vanished. I shall bring it to the fore.

The second day I owned it. February, Iowa, hotel, cold:

Still cold but the white stuff is gone....

Some mornings VERY cold, outside of Zanesville Ohio?

And now a fair weather shot...

I'll let you know when I talk to everyone else... but for now, I can tell you that I can indeed see it so if its just the two of us... you would be the only who can't see it! :D

Clutch. And black is the fastest, but I am now cheating on this black beauty--recently bought a Triple Black 1200GSA.

And just so this post contains a picture, here is a little ebony and ivory action...
