Sure, I know there are threads here for airheads, but there are no specific threads for the redoubtable RS. How about posting a pic? I'll start with a photo of my Havana Gold '78. Photo was taken about one week ago on Skyline Drive in Canon City, Colorado. I rode the ol' girl down to Texas. I am now in the hill country.

This was taken on the Going to the Sun Road in Glacier National Park, the last day it was open for the season. I had the place mostly to myself.

Here's my '81 on a day trip to the Grand Canyon last year. Bought it 3 years ago w/ about 40k miles on it. Up to about 60k now and running strong. Love this bike.

Anyone with an RS want a tank bra? It's in good shape...free (if you pay shipping) to a good RS home! Has a pocket on each side big enough for a pack of smokes...I don't smoke but good size relation.

Some one should jump on this! Free no less. I would, but I am traveling and actually have a tank bra. Very generous. On a side note, I left Colorado in cool weather and rode 900 plus miles on my '78 RS in the first 24 hours. It makes me realize an Iron Butt is not that hard. I was just dinkin' along mostly. And old bikes such as my '78 will go the distance. Of course, I already knew that.

I posted this pic of my 83RS maybe a year and a half ago so maybe it's time to do it again. The bike is still in a state of "hibernation" in my garage.[IMG]

Unfortunately this is the only one I have right now. The group ride at the first Oklahoma Boxerworks Rally, it's the one on the far right.
