I've attached a small album from some of my mini-adventures so far on the bike as pictures are more fun than a wall of text. 2013 wr250r

Real quick, live in central Georgia area and new to dual sports. Had all kinds of bikes thru the years but this one is quickly becoming my favorite. Hope to discover more places to ride in the mid- ga area as well as the Clayton/ North-East area of the state.

Nice meeting you at Georgia Bobs today. We'll have to do a dual sport ride one of these days.

Pleasure to meet all of you as well. Ended up breaking the bike today so she may be down for a few weeks.

Turns out I toasted the clutches in the gumbo mud. The picture does no justice to how bad this thing was stuck. Ended up taking the truck to pull her out. We couldn't even lift the front tire out of this goo. [IMG]

I've had good luck with the Tusk brand clutches from RockyMountainAtv. They held up well in rekluse autoclutches & that is more abusive than manuals. Well, in most cases...:lol3

Thanks for the info. I have already ordered oem replacements but will keep those in mind should I unfortunately run into this again.

I walked the middle and other side and it was hard as a rock. Lucky me choose the sticky goo side.

Just put the new clutches in her this evening. She's purring like a kitten and ready for round two of that road.
