Just found out that our own EvilBollWeevil took a deer to the ZRX last night. He picked the bike up on Saturday I think and it has already hurt him.

I am slowly getting more details but it sounds like he is banged up pretty bad. Said he will need shoulder replacement. broken elbow, bruised lungs and everything else. He is still in ICU and can't really have visitors or anything, but as I get more info i will update this thread.

Please pray for a speedy recovery. :eek1

Here is the bike he was on. He and I were out placing a tag Sunday night, the night before it happened..

Trophy just reported to me that he is alert and can have visitors, at least a few. He is pretty bummed out and a few cheery visitors might help him out.

Makes me want to start hunting - hope EBW's injuries aren't as bad as reported so far. Heal fast man.

He seemed more focused on getting the bike fixed and flirting with the nurses than his injuries. :lol3

He is beat up pretty bad, but knows it could have been alot worse. He said, "And I wasn't even assing off" was only doing about 40MPH or so.

Tim stated that the deer jumped out of a deep ditch and landed right in front of him. He was proud that the deer won't take anyone else out and was hoping whoever got it would bring him some sausage. :D

Tim is a great guy and gives and takes alot of crap around here, and those of us who know him knows he wouldn't want it any other way. Do keep him in your prayers.

Also, if anyone has any stock ZRX parts they would donate to the rebuild the bike cause, let me know.

That means the lung doc cleared him to go. He was in this morning and had Tim doing breathing tests. Said if he continued improving he could move. Glad to hear he is out of ICU. Hope the nurses on the regular floors can handle him. :lol3

Many years ago when I was laid up in the Hosp from being hit by a car, someone brought in a small ice chest. One of the best things anyone could have done, because as you know, when they bring your dinner to you, the milk was always room temp..so what I did was, take out ice cold milk from the ice chest and replace it with the one from the dinner cart..for over two weeks, I had ice cold milk and cold drink that my friends would bring me!

I heard about this while working in surgery today (at St. D), was asked if i knew who it was. I hate to hear that it was EBW, but glad to hear he's doin ok. Wish you a speedy recovery. If you want any suggestions/need advice on surgeons at St. D let me know i'll be glad to tell you who/who not to use. Once again, get well soon.
