Long 40-mile ride...huh?

    Well, it was 7 degrees F. :rofl . Just one of those things you "have to do". Weak link: Untried new gloves and no grip heaters. Only part of me that got cold. Went to a truck stop, had soup and coffee and when I got back on the bike dew had already frozen on the tanks. Glad I have an "adventurous" friend to share these things with.

    Hey, 40 miles is significant time in the 7 degree temps. I'm sure wind chill was well below zero once in motion. Congrats for conquering it!
