whereabouts was the EBR booth next to? i missed it, and i would have loved to see it.

the fully restored and original "worlds fastest indian" was on display at a very nice indian semi and display area. they made a strong showing this year. i wish them the best of luck since they haven't had much in the last 15 years or so with other venture capitalists.

its sounding like my chances of scoring a deal on a helmet are low...

questioning the gas money to get down there to even see...

FWIW, the pick pockets are out! Buddy got his wallet lifted in one of those crowded cage set-ups. By the time he realized it, the bastard was gone. Damn, I hate a thief!

Stick your wallet in your front pocket with your hand over it. If you get "bumped" immediately check for it.

I did score a great deal on some Tourmaster Response boots. Same model as my worn out ones which they don't make anymore. Listed at $125, got 'em for $75 tax included. They do have the new model as well-make an offer.

Seemed like more insurance company booth space than moto.......state of the industry, I suppose.

I got a great deal on a helmet, all Shoei was 30% off. And they had all models. I even talked them down a bit lower on a Qwest and extra shield. $350 out the door.

I got a medium black RF1000 in great shape I will sell you for $100 and I am right around the corner. Just put new cheek pads in a couple months ago! :D

I went Sat am. The 710 freeway was fooked with construction, took 1/2 hour for the last 5 miles (caging it, not feeling good).

The show seemed to be half the square footage as previous and there seemed to be three times as many people. When I got there at 10:30 they were parking cars in the garage for the theater as both convention center garages were full.

We stayed about 45 minutes and got the f*&k out. $40 dollars for parking and 2 admissions. Not worth it.

I agree about the reps not knowing their product. The Ural Yamal had some nice hand guards on it that I want for mine. When I asked the rep if they were a Ural part or aftermarket, he had no clue.

Right before we leave, we watch the drift show at Redbull Arena. Here is a short video if you are curious.
I dont know why Cami thinks I can do all these stunts and keep asking me to teach her. :poser
I think I misled her about my biking talent... :jack

I've been going to the show for at least 5 years....totally underwhelmed this year. The Ducati girls are always stunning, but the displays and merchandise was really limited. Probably skip it next year
