Took a ride up there Saturday morning after putting in a little work, I usually get to West Glacier before 7 am, today it was much later....around 10 am. The park was surprisingly busy. The pass closes officially in 8 hours. I am a bit disappointed that I only got up there about 10 times this year.....

Wow...looks dramatically different than it did when I was there in late July this year. Really nice photos.

Awesome photos. Bet that place is a sight in the winter. Do they even allow guided snowmobile tours on it? Hard to believe I have not been there since '97.

Its closed to vehicles of any kind during winter, but bicycles and hikers can walk up it during the shoulder season.

Great pictures. We were there from Aug 26 thru Sept 1st. Rain on that Sunday left snow in the higher elevations but only wet roads on GTTS. We are still in the process of uploading pics to facebook (not a ride to report on :cry).
