Please note the DutchTerror was checking the tracks and discovered that i messed up with the old maps i was using - it has been fixed and a NEW Revsion 01 Track File has been uploaded. Remember, the tracks are just suggestions and may include errors and omissions.

Thanks so much for the catch! Spiceland Ridge Road is NOT open!

Please discard revision 00 tracks and replace them with Rev01

is anyone breaking these down into smaller gpx files? I'm a gps newbie running osmand+ and having a hell of a time figuring it out. possibly a two files sat/sun or preferably 4 files a sat 1/2 and sun 1/2?

They are in less than 500 point files now. Even an old gps should take them. Don't know anything about Osmand but in Garmin programs you can "filter" them or "cut" them into smaller tracks. Can you do that in Osmand?

You will have to open it in a mapping program to work with it, I don't thing OsmAnd can do that...........but like I said I don't know a dam thing about OsmAmd. It's easy-peasy in MapSource and BaseCamp. BaseCamp is free BTW. :dunno

There's an Android phone app called BackCountryNavigator. Takes a little practice to learn how to download background maps, but then it works of GPS satelitesm not cell towers. There's afree version but I upgraded for $12 one time.

FYI: My rear brake went out Saturday AM so I packed up and headed to Grass Roots BMW. Good to meet new friends. Sorry I missed all the good stuff.
