Booked a campsite today, saw this water notice, and it may not be a big deal at all: "** The showerhouse with restrooms remains open year-round. During the off-season (November through March), potable water is available at both frost-free water spigots in the campground; however water is not available at the individual campsites during this time."
    Can't wait!

There are some walk in sites that generally don't fill. They are 50 to 100 yards from the parking lot. I'll be there the whole week before, pm me then and I will look to see if they are uninhabited.

But....they leave the water on to the campsites anyway if it's not below freezing. That's what they told me when I camped there last year after Nov. first and the water was on.

    Thanks dude.

It may depend on the weather, as my boys job hinges on it.

If it comes down to it someone can pitch a tent at my spot, if it's one other bike I'm sure we can fit both in the parking spot as well. I'll be there Thursday through Monday. PM me if needed.

there is only one bad thing about having more than one bike, what one to take.

we could haul down the Sherpa and WR250, or ride down the Strom and CB500x all with dirt tires.

what say the ones that have been on most of the tracks.

Hold up, do I need to sign up for a specific ride? Or are you guys joking around with the money and trophies bit? (I'm reading this before coffee)

If this year's ride is a race, I'm going to need insight on: what oil to run, what tires to mount, what gearing to use, FMF programmer settings, and number of tear offs for my goggles. Would you guys happen to have an opinion on any of this??? ;)
