    Did someone mention a ride in November? I'd be up for one about then... Maybe as soon as Oct if I don't have any other conflicts.

    Most of the trail is set on easy backroad gravel (what your DR is made for) the "tricky" parts are avoidable, but are what makes the ride more fun! :thumb

    LA backcountry trail? hummmm..... got anything that connects from the coast at Port Arthur, then headed up to the TAT in MS? If all the pieces fall into place, I might be doing something like that, after first going up the texas coast line ...
