Nice work Ernie
GO PYNDON !!!!!
Got my Ernie too!
Excellent work Ernie - ordered too!
I know this time of year is pretty spendy for most people, but if you want to treat yourself this Christmas, then I can really recommend one of these LPR Klim Inferno jackets (part of the Intermediate supporter's package) - I saw one the other day and it really is the nicest piece of team merchandise I've ever seen...
I shall be snug as a bug this Dakar!
Yeah - I wear mine around the house pretty much every day...

Very nice work again Ernie! Will be ordering up a couple prints asap!
Also look forward to wearing my Inferno as well.
I'm going to have to get a print when I get home, the jacket rocks.
Chicks dig it.
Great to see so many people wearing LPR gear.....I think we need to have a competition, best photo with your LPR swag
Damn, what I would give for weather like that right now!
I'll guess in about 3-5 weeks you'll be really wishing for some cool, damp weather
I wore that jacket to the Long Beach IMS a week ago Saturday, I did not see another one like it but got plenty of comments. I'd point to the Logo on the chest and tell them they could get one of their own there.
I hope the weather is that good this weekend when I get home. Supposed to begin rain here tonight.
We really need to get some pics up of the supporters and their new LPR gear.
I just contacted Lyndon (via email) to upgrade my synthetic shirt to include a Inferno jacket and strap based on the pics from Mr. Head.
Easy to add another donation.
Couple more weeks!
Bought 4 copies of the print and taking them to Peru to get them signed!
Anyone want me to take theirs??
We will be getting a small supply of 2013 KTM calendars and will give one out as a prize for the best photo of one of Lyndons supporters in their LPR gear. Use your imagination.......................
To get the ball rolling this is Tony, one of our staff here at BikersJersey. Whilst I do most of the work with Lyndon sorting what parts he wants, it's Tony who then takes it all on board, orders the stuff with KTM, follows it up, packs it and gets it posted to Lyndon - one of the 'behind the scenes' supporters for Lyndon's campaign !
Ok, so we all know the Dakar is not cheap, and here's another example. The official photo package for the Dakar 2013 is 990 Euro's and the Video deal is 500 Euro's for your own personalised video on CD and 1000 Euro's if you want the rights to publish this on Youtube. The photo deal gets you 2 photo's per day for your web-site which would be awesome and a CD at the end with all of them on. I would love to do this for my sponsors and supporters but that's another 2000 Euro's to find.
If you get a few others who are buying the photo package (we did last year) then they will reduce the cost per person. That was with Webventure (who in my opinion take the best pics).
fwiw. I paid for this upfront in 2011, and due to my incredibly bad luck on day 5, ended up with just 36 photos for my €850 euros...
That is not to say anything like that is going to happen, but it can... and as I understand it, those photos will be taken anyway - so it might be worth negotiating with Webventure (or Peter Lusk who is another great photographer) after the event, to make sure you get maximum value for money?
While it would be great to have a daily photo to upload* to your website/facebook/forums etc. at the same time it is by no means essential to your campaign I would have thought?
(*they email it to an address you nominate, so someone back home can do the daily uploading for you, rather than taking your time out in the bivouac each evening).
What did Ned do last year? - I know we got a number of photos of him and Toby etc. from the general media stream each day...
Just my two-penn'orth - which of course buys absolutely squat in the Dakar these days!
