Lyndon appears on the first picture off a gallery on Huffingtonpost.co.uk today
I don't really have a question, but if possible I'd like to hear a few comments from Dad. What's the Dakar like for him?
That would be fab but think dad might be a tad busy.......I know two people who would like that myself and mum, who is watching here everyday in the background and truly hooked
We got people. We can make him talk!
Just catching up today after working very early into the morning. Great interview. It gives me goosebumps listening to the interview, and I reallllly hope Lyndon maintains his wonderful attitude, and makes it to the end. Get'er done Lyndon! We're all rooting for you.

We need Lyndmom on board. Last year many of us got to know Momduro.
Way to go Pyndon!!!!!
I love saying that at the end of a stage.
Well, I'd really like to hear from Lyndad. His view has to be different than his son's, and since I am an occasional pitbox dad too, I'd like his take on the whole thing. I am sure I'm not alone. I know what it feels like to be under pressure to get the bike ready for the last grid call. It is furious! I try to be polite, but I can't really chat. Maybe a good time is in between while Lyndon is racing?
Just a thought from Boston.
I'm sure I read on here somewhere that Lyndad was helping out driving one of the support trucks during the day? They must all be pretty busy (which makes Lyndon's regular RallyRaidio call ins even more special). It would be very interesting to hear about dad's impressions of the Dakar though.
Yes, Lyndad as Lyndon's mechanic is driving one of the support truck with the other driver, Ivan. The communication between them is excellent, they really make a great team, all three. I'm sure Lyndad would like to share his impressions, he was very excited on 5th January!
I pinged Ned, asked him to pass the wishes along for PynDad to maybe join the rest day call in.
Ok I've arrived and a little unsure what to do but i'm sure you'll all be nice to me. Thanks to Old Stuff (pyn dad) I'm Toldlady!!!!!!!
Well done Son, looks like another good day
The F5 crew has rolled out the red carpet for you! It has been fantastic following Lyndon his year. Even better sharing this experience with his family .
Welcome to the mayhem Mom! You must be very proud. Best wishes to you and your family during this stressful time. Great first post by the way!
Hello Toldlady! I had the pleasure of meeting and chatting to you a while ago when I came over to pick some brake lines up from your house.
You must be mighty proud of Lyndon, he's doing a great job and we're all routing for him. Thanks for hooking up it'd be great to hear from yourself as to how you feel during the days racing? I'm constantly checking twitter, Facebook and on here and I'm as giddy as a kipper and nervous as a......... Nervous thing with bad nerves!
I must admit though as the days have passed and he's making all the checkpoints I'm not as bad. God knows what you must be like.
He does sound cool and calm on the radio call ins though, which always brings a grin to my face.
Welcome on board - your son is doing you proud !

As with Ned's family last year, you are most welcome.
If there is anything we can do, or questions you were wondering about, please ask. We'll be more than happy to help out.
You may not realize, but your family just got a whole lot bigger...
