Just got out of bed after working night shift last night to this phenomenal news, unbelievable Lyndon, just unbelievable. Great interview from Mr Packmule (as ever), he seems to have caught the "chirpy giggle" as well (whaddya think Annamaria?) :evil Go Pyndon!:clap:clap:clap:clap:clap:clap:clap

I've been lurking since the beginning, following every stage, and just have to chime in and say how heartening it is to see another fine young man doing so well in this legendary event. Keep it up, Pyn - lots of us out here sending you energy and rooting for you. Hi to toldlady, too, one mum to another . . .:wave

Don't worry Peb - he only got a mention and listening to PM's interview this morning certainly made up for it! But, thanks a lot for considering me! :clap
Saying that, if anyone can somehow provide access to tonight's episode at some point tomorrow I'd be most grateful as I'm going to miss it and I bet Pyn get's an interview....?

And also, whilst I'm on thanks again to PM for posting the interviews and messages - your work really puts us armchair racers in the bivouac! :clap:happay:ricky:kumbaya

the flame that burns twice as bright burns half as long (tzu). Lyndon's flame is burning just right. His marathon mental approach, mad nav skills and meticulous preparation are simply brilliant...now it's in the history books, well done young man.

    :D :D :D 9th place in stage 8 Dakar 2013 :D :D :D :freaky

Stage 9 should be a hoot with all the marque riders following Lyndon, he'll show them the way...

Finally got around to ordering my support package, very sorry for the delay. I'll be wearing your jacket with pride. Thanks again for taking us on your journey.

Lyndon mentioned changing 10 tires on the rest day. Is he really a sucker for punishment, or is the tire service no longer available?

Knowing Lyndon as I do and how meticulous he is, he does like to do his own tyres and mousses, meanwhile dad will be sorting the bike.

Just like to say hi to Gwenduro nice to hear from one who has been there and knows how it feels, thank you.

:hmmmmm:hmmmmm:hmmmmm don't work too hard Pyn you do need some rest X

He's probably just too tight to pay someone else to do it !

Or more likely he doesn't trust anyone else to do it so will do them himself to make sure they are done right !

Yes, and a rather special KTM Dealer who has vision and an eye for success  You must be very proud to be part of this! Maybe you guys will get some help from the BIG KTM 'Dealer' in future. You can't pull out a performance like this and not get noticed.

Getting back to Lyndon though, the man at the coal face, doing a great job. Seeing everything through in great detail, and enjoying the toughest ride in the world.

See you at the podium next Sunday PYN.

Lol - but I have to hold my hand up and admit that all we did was supply parts to Pyn. He did all the work on the bike, not us !

But yes - it is an amazing feeling to be a small part of Pyn's adventure !
