Right, a little too plain, make the tire iron a little longer and with the knobby around it would look great.

If you guys are interested in soliciting the efforts or opinion of a professional graphic artist and co-owner of a t-shirt company (ahem :augie), I could certainly take a crack at it.

    Here are some examples of moto-related stuff I've done: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6

Oh, and on a greater note... I'm pouring over the maps and considering a redux of the Dirty Butt Challenge:evil

I just placed an order for 1 sticker from makestickers.com to see how good it turns out. It was $4 for just 1, but if it looks good i can place an order for more and it looks like the price will be around $2 each. Reason i only ordered 1 is because i want to make sure this sticker is going to stand the sun/heat/rain/stuff that a bike goes through. I'll put it on the bumper of my truck and hit it with the power washer a few times.

Hi folks. I been watching the development of this route. I may try to ride it about Oct. time frame. Will have to see.

I did a bit of revision to see if I could incorporate more of the kTrail. For those of you who know that area, how does the attached route look??? I have ridden kTrail from Indian Highway then east. But wanted to ride that section between Indian Highway and Clayton.

I have taken the latest tracks and reversed them, since I will likely ride counter clockwise. If I remember correctly the access to kTrail from the highway is closed. I think you have to use Clayton Trail for egress to a road on the west end.

That western end is supposed to be the toughest. I will be on a WR250R. So I hope I should be fine.

The other way I have thought about doing this is to just set up a camp on the east end and leave all my gear. Ride west on the kTrail and then just highway back to camp on the Talamina Drive. Just take a day and do a loop with no camping gear and such to contend with on those rough trails.

    Guidance and feedback welcome.

    Thanks

Sounds interesting. The K-trail is a pretty easy ride on a WR250R, even the west end as you have it. I would think even loaded, however one person's idea of loaded is not the same as another's idea of loaded. :D

Problem may be access, Last fall the word was there were multiple gates closed on the K-trail, as hunting season gets close hunters want to keep everyone else out. And it has been closed off to Hwy 271 but should be able to access it via the Clayton trail

Thanks Bill. I will have to check when hunting season opens. It would be good to stay out of that time frame.

Ok ladies and gentlemen. Here is the first sample sticker. I'm not 100% impressed. If you look closely the letters where the color fades, its not really a fade, but more of a dot fade. Plus it doesn't feel like there is a uv coating on it. The good thing about this supplier is that i can just give you guys a link and you can go order as many as you want individually. No one would need to front the money for a pile of stickers. But if the quality isn't good what's the point. Opinions?

just another way to promote it. Your parked and joe blow says, "what's the OAT?" and you go into this cool story about how you rode your bike across Oklahoma.

If anyone you are interested in purchasing an OAT sticker at this time. You can go to the link below and order them. I do not know how the quality will be untill it sits on the bike longer.
