This location where odd and even roads meet was once a place for weekend competition, but is now closed to the public. It can still be seen on TV however, when watching a long running and popular PBS show.

Yep, I was there around 9 am. It took me a little while to figure it out from the clues then I think I googled "closed maryland dragstrips" or something. I never found confirmation that motorweek filmed there but I figured that had to be it.
Yup, they must have special arrangements, because they are still testing there even though is is in pretty bad disrepair.
Alright...here ya go kids ( I had some trouble with this cause there are so many cool places, historically, around here...plus I was up in Gettysburg for the wife most the day..sorry for the delay). It's the worlds last standing cast and wrought iron bridge and one of the worlds first.
ps. If anyone decides to go looking for the Little Rascals dog "petey" burial site...good luck. Found the cemetery, not the grave though..errr. I'll never go to a pet cemetery searching a famous animal again.
