    It's only been there 30 or 40 years. :lol3

I would have made the grab but I don't have the time to play this week. Headed to WV Wednesday morning. You children play nice while I'm gone. :1drink

With Wayne out of town I thought I'd have a chance to grab this, so I swung by after work.

The new tag is just a hair over two miles away. Google maps shows the wrong turn-off for it, but it's only off by one road/driveway. Bing overshoots in the other direction. You can see the parking lot I took the picture from in the aerial view.

The lot is open only from 8 or 9am until dark, so if you can't get there the sign out at the main entrance should work.

And a little detail that might help:

Honestly I am trying very hard not to be the Grinch here. But it seems to me that Maryland Tag-o-rama seems to be more and more like central Maryland Tag-o-rama. Why is that? Are you all too lazy to travel to Western MD or the Eastern Shore? This is Adventure Rider website BTW. Expand your horizons my fellow riders!:clap

How about instead of bitching you the tag out there then? :D

I ride when I get the chance between working, family, friends, and other hobbies, so if I happen to move it far, it gets moved far. If I don't have the time, it gets dropped on my way home. :dunno

I am pretty sure badguy rode all the way out here from So.MD on a single to grab a tag before. That is quite a commitment in my book.

Some brave soul will ride it back out here sooner or later.

I ride a sport touring bike, so I don't do much off pavement. Recently, the tag sat in Crumpton MD for a little while so I rode 280 miles one Sunday and put the thing on Cuba Road in Baltimore County where it might get a little more attention and it got grabbed twice in the following 24 hours by Dynamick.

If it makes sense to leave the darned thing over on the Eastern Shore not moving, then I'm not seeing it. I actually took another pic and could have left it in Kent County, but thought it made more sense to get it back where it would be on the move.

Since then it has been in Carroll County, Howard County and wherever the heck it is now. If someone thinks it needs to be in western MD, or SMIBville or back on the Eastern Shore, then come get the damn thing and take it there.

Sorry, I'm not in a good mood, so I'm not sugar coating things or just letting it go by.

    :lol3 Good point!

Thanks for the backup folks :D

yrunotriding: I wasn't trying to be confrontational or anything, I just don't appreciate being called lazy. The game is definitely a bit more interesting when folks move the tag long distances, but it's not the sole point. And not everyone has hours to spend racking up miles to take pictures for a game. As far as adventure goes, my idea of adventure doesn't really include any pavement in the state of MD...

Either way, it's the internet, so who really cares? :deal :lol3
