No one here but me. Heading home.
I don t see ya
Cause I headed home about twenty minutes before you.
Arrived at 5:30. Ordered pizza. Sat in the tunnel on a really uncomfortable chair facing the street. Pizza arrived at my table. Partway through "dinner" my wife called, glad for the company. Finished dinner. Waiter picked up the pizza pan, plate and fork. I rode out of the parking lot about the time oh3 posted...
Ordered a works 10 inch pizza and a Corona. Staff was friendly and efficient. The pizza was ok. Not the greatest scenery. Inside dining would have been a bit cramped. Outside dining was uncomfortable but pleasant due to an extremely nice day. Wouldn't go out of my way to eat there again.
The ride over and after was the highpoint.
The Lone Diner
Why'd you go at 5:30?
How 'bout them dinner rides???? Anyone eating tomorrow? I'll be there if it doesn't rain. I've got a copy of Waiting for Godot I can read...
we've got plans tomorrow night. maybe next week.
Next week it is then.
We'll see you, unless it's raining.
I might ride in the rain to meet the host of this thread.
Scott's a character for sure, but he moved to Ohio(?) quite a while ago. His name still comes up now and then at dinner. That says something.
Are you saying you'll only show up if Scott does?
I'm really getting drifty in my old age. Got the threads mixed up. However, if anyone really wants to do the dinner ride in the rain I'll go too!
did you bitches meet up? inquiring minds wanna know.
Here's my suggestion for this Thursday.
Rizzi's Pizza Cafe in Arlington has a crawfish boil on Thursday. Serving starts around 6pm.
$20 will get you 3lb, $25 for all-you-can-eat. They also sell one and two-pound plates, plus pizza and their regular menu items.
do they have any outdoor seating? I have an automatic vomit reflex to crawfish.
I'm gonna have to pass, just looking at that makes me queasy. I don't want to end up hurling on your dinner.
Is that the 3lb plate?
