maybe this summer
and now that i have some free time, having put klaudia back together.
That works for me. I can hang out and watch in awe of Jamie's incredible tire changing skills...
I think he was going to come over sometime around 5:30-6:00, but i'm not sure.
Reading back through some older posts. Justin said it right. Let's keep his words in mind.
Point is to ride not sit at computer googling and searching for these places.
I think the point is to share interesting places you find with others with encouragment to go check them out too. Good restaurants, interesting buildings, neat back roads, and memoriable local sites. if they are easy the tags are more likely to stay moving and replaced with new tags and more riding for the group. (Kind of Like the string of them last weekend)
I agree 100 %!
Sorry to take this off topic again, but someone in a parking lot modified my car in a manner that greatly displeases me. :dog
Can anyone suggest a business that can remove a 3" or so diameter dent from my car door? Looks like there is no paint damage.
look up the local dent doctor the one time i used them on a hail damaged car they did good work and you couldnt even find where all the hail dents were in the new 1week old car I had just bought.
Thanks, will give them a call.
What format is this???
Decimal degrees. Or, HDD.DDDD
Generally I'll use decimal minutes, as that's the geocaching standard, but I got the coords from my phone, which doesn't have the option to swap formats. In any case, as Justin has demonstrated, it's pretty easy to copy the coords into google. And converting to decimal minutes isn't hard. Just multiply the decimal by 60.
Hey guys I am looking to sell my bike soon, wanting to move up in engine size just a bit. Wanted to keep it but it makes no sense to have 2 bikes and only really ride one. If you know of anyone please let me me know, I would like 2900 for it but will take 2600. Hope you are all doing well
Honestly I'm not sure what bike you have. Please leave specs and what you have had to do with it maintaince and repair wise...and be sure to post it in the fleamarket here on ADV.
Also let us know what you are looking for. We have alot of feelers out in this group. (and some of us may be willing to part with something you may like)
Yeah some specs would have been smart lol well it turns out the bike I want won't be our until June now so I guess I will have to out a hold on selling the bike. That just gives me more time to try and convince my wife to keep the bike so she can learn to ride lol
Nice ride Jamie!
If you're hungry when you get out there....there's a cute little place around the corner called 'Uncle Dons Bar and Grill' where you can catch a good (and cheap) bite to eat.
The water is a bit higher now. (Just checked. It's 21 feet higher than the date of the last tag.)
Funny. I was wondering where Hernando de Soto River Park was. Never heard of it.
I've been back here dozens of times. They must have just put the signs up. It's just a boat ramp. River Park? Hahah.
Was wondering where it was. ... my Google-fu has been lacking recently. I found the restaurant that was mentioned but never the River park. Glad you got it Jamie!
