The bottom section of the infamous "Waterfall" There was carnage everywhere. I think the only rider to go through unscathed was Cody Webb, the eventual winner and 5X in a row Knockout Champion. Graham Jarvis got held up by a few riders, but he was looking good and had a smile on his face when he went by. He finished 2nd behind Webb for the overall.

We were perched up toward the top of the Waterfall. I saw bikes being launched into the air with nobody aboard, it was crazy. By the time the riders made it up to us, so many of them were cooked, you could just see the agony on their faces. Oh, and they were only 1/3 of the way through the whole 16 mile circuit!

412 was a trooper. He spent massive amounts of energy trying to get out of the Waterfall. Huge cheers when he finally made it

Would it be an enduro without some creek action?

Im sorry but ive slacked on this but............TON UP of MEMPHIS presents: A Three State Scramble

This ain't a F$&/ING ADVENTURE RIDE! This is a scramble. Bring your Scramblers, Dessert Sleds and Old School Bikes. Slap some knobbies on your chopper or just BRING IT! Sure, you can ride a dual sport bike. You will probably have a lot more fun on something that wasn’t meant to go off road though. A Harley panhead with a suicide shifter, a BSA Royal Star, and a Honda CB 160 are just a few of the bikes that have been ridden at past events. The Ton Up Club is a vintage, cafe’ racer club. This is a throwback to the old days when there wasn’t off road bikes and road bikes. Men had one bike and they road it anywhere and everywhere.

We will be riding in Tennessee, Arkansas, and Mississippi on dirt, gravel, and pavement. Cost is $20. You will need goggles and a scarf (it can get a little dusty). If you want to camp pm Brandon Scooter Wilbanks.

We're meeting at the corner of 3rd Ave (B.B King Blvd) and Crump, at the vacant lot across from Exxon, 8:00 am. Kickstands up at 8:30am. Then we head to Midway Lake, Arkansas to drop off our stuff. From the Lake we head to HELLena and back. Sunday we will eat breakfast at Southland Greyhound Park. helena crew.jpg HELLena crew.jpg

I went up to Hohenwald for a dual sport ride this weekend. Got there early Friday and did a good street ride. Good times, great roads

Went to Barber. Pops crashed the Hog trying to ride with a lock on the front disk...I blew a fork seal doing wheelies on the fully loaded Wee. "Stupid" seems to be hereditary. [IMG]

Riding Chickasaw tomorrow around 1230p. Rode there today, gravel trails were in great shape considering how much rain came through friday.

I wouldn't say "a lot", but I rode about 30 miles of nice rolling gravel and dirt roads. That was with some back tracking, since I was just exploring with no map or gps. Nothing technical, but fun. Had the place all to myself. A system of state forest "trails", well marked that surround Chickasaw State Park. Many are on Google Maps and are along Hwy 100 in between the state park and Hwy 18.
