Has anyone rode there? Cost? I got a big group of friends who are either already into woods riding or wanting to check out some enduro riding with their MX'ers and looking at places to go over the summer and Meredian seems closer but from what their site shows you have to be a member and we don't all want to become a member for one ride out of the year. I'm just trying to introduce my buddies who do arenacross and motocross into enduro as well and their interested but I don't want all of us going to Rattlesnake Bay because it'd be too risky with such a big crowd and it still being closed until the fee booth is setup. Any other enduro tracks around the southern area of MS? Cost? Non-membership?

I have already googled it, they don't list what their cost is for membership which I'm not looking for membership. I'm simply looking for other enduro trails around and does not have to be a park that wants payment as I know there are some trails that people know about that are just off in the woods in places. Such as I remember someone posting about a trail or 2 down toward the Coast, I'd like info on that!!!

they use to be fairly lax on needing a membership to go ride there. I say it's some of the best trails in the state. but be warned it is a race trick. it isn't for beginners. at lest not if you done stick together. the trail system if done on the right loop is around 12 miles. big hills, deep sand and hard packed red dirt, roots and some wonderful gray tacky soil can be found there. I can close my eyes and ride the old track start to finish, and I can go take you right to the big rock that compacted my spine back in 01.

it's better if you can ride there with someone that knows the trails. the only time they are marked well is the month after a race there.

now when you find out about riding there let me know. I'd love to go back i miss that place, use to ride there at lest once a month.

I'll certainly let you know what I find out, we plan to go not when the heat is back but more of the Spring part after I get a cam chain tensioner on my KTM. So far I got around 13 people who are interested in going, me and 2 others are the only ones with enduro's whereas everyone else is going to use their straight up MX'ers to see what it's like. I'm about to email that guy and if good news is givin I'll start setting up a date with my buddies and hopefully you could possibly tag along and show us the trails? :D

Membership used to only be $35 for a whole year. I doubt it's much more than that now. It's an ok place to ride. Roots are bad on the trails.

$35 isn't bad for a year but I don't live close enough for a every weekend ordeal unless me and a few other buddies split gas, which will be determined if we like the the trails. Roots are TOO much of a problem to me but a few of my friends do enjoy flying down trails on their YZ450's and KX450's so we'll probably try to find someone who knows the trails. Appreciate the info Roy and Switch!
