Factory names missing - heading to Qatar, Merzouga riders missing out on world championship points, especially Quintanilla, all looks a bit odd?

From what I had heard the factory teams agreed not to race Qatar so I reckon the championship standings of the first 7-8 riders of the world championship will remain the same. I'm really looking forward to see how Merzouga goes, will be interesting to spot any fast new rider. Last year I think it was Merzouga the first rally for Oriol Mena who then finished his first Dakar in 7th overall!

Looks like Qatar is a total washout -

Good to see Ricky B. and Andrew S. in the top ten. It won't take much "experience" for those two to be consistently in the top 5.

Nice stage by Barreda. A good reminder how quick he is. I hope (to his sake and Honda's) he holds on to it and gets the win.

Apparently on the last waypoint. But the oficial page now shows the following for the 4th stage:

    BENAVIDES KEVIN
    BRABEC RICKY
    PEDRERO GARCIA JUAN
    CORREIA LUIS
    SVITKO STEFAN
    QUINTANILLA PABLO
    GONCALVES PAULO
    BARREDA BORT JOAN
    CAIMI FRANCO
    PRICE TOBY
    BOTTURI ALESSANDRO
    DUPLESSIS DIEGO MARTIN

They must hace returned the time lost in that waypoint. For the General they show:

    BARREDA BORT JOAN
    BENAVIDES KEVIN
    QUINTANILLA PABLO
    CAIMI FRANCO
    BRABEC RICKY
    PRICE TOBY
    PEDRERO GARCIA JUAN
    CORNEJO IGNACIO
    SVITKO STEFAN
    DUPLESSIS DIEGO MARTIN
    SHORT ANDREW

    We will see tomorrow...
