Hey, Kawasaki Rob, where was the top picture taken at? You have it listed as "Prime". Looks like Manistee Ntl. Forest, but it's just a guess.
@Ack535 it was at Nordhouse Lake, in the Nordhouse wilderness area. Just north of Ludington, very close to the Manistee National Forest
If the picture was taken at the old K.I. Sawyer base the aircraft is a Russian Cargo jet that's been sitting there for 7 or 8 years.

Thanks for sharing. I need to get over to that part of the state more. Up north feeling, without all of the traffic and BS Traverse City/Petoskey and Charlevoix have. This past summer I was stuck in Traverse City the Thursday before Cherry Festival. Took me an hour just to get out of town!
