Still in Georgia, so will miss this, darn it.

Will at least get to ride in and around Suches with a bunch of old Guzzisti friends.

    Have fun.

What a kind way to phrase it: "panache."

I much prefer that to Kathi's labels. She calls me the "Michelangelo of bullshit artists."

Says that it especially fitting that we have an antique manure spreader as "yard art" for an old lawyer.

But she is so otherwise indulgent of my moto-sins that I forgive her. :rogue

    Crackin' me up!

I've noticed the outcome of court proceedings can seem a bit more reliant on showmanship than right/wrong. Assimilating facts and analyzing them can be hard and boring, much easier to just vote for the guy one likes more.

I was checking that thread out earlier this week. I should be free that evening and I'm going to do my best to make it.

Up in the Northern part of the state eh?
I've been working in and around Brunswick Georgia this past week. I lucked out and found a room on Jekyll Island last night.

There are several threads covering MD/VA/WV so sorry for the crosspost...

I'm gonna head out Sat (28 OCT) morning and do this route returning Sunday 29 OCT. Plan is to camp overnight somewhere in the nat'l forest. Route is about 520 miles with a good mix of back road and gravel. Perfect light-duty ADV style.

I picked Winchester as an arbitrary regional startpoint as I don't need turn-by-turn from Naptown to there. Anyone interested in joining?

I'd like to see your road choices in detail. Looks really fun from the squiggliness. Would you copy the contents of your address bar when viewing that map and post it, please?

I think I'll suggest to the board of supervisors that Frederick County add "Arbitrary Regional Startpoint" to our county website. :D

In Atlanta -- yet again; got back last night :confused -- then, so can't play. Nice route; pretty sure I have done all of that ... in pieces.

Have a fine time. As if you wouldn't. :clap

I can share the map with you on Furkot (PM me your email address) if you want to zoom in and see the individual roads, etc. It's not a google map so I can't c&p like you said unfortunately.

I use Furkot and then load the route into Scenic on my iPhone to get turn by turn for the entire route. It works really, really well since Scenic allows you to download entire state maps so cell/data service isn't an issue.

Thanks. Hate to break it to you, but that's a Google map in your screen cap. You are viewing it through some third party stuff that I've never heard of. And you're on different platforms. If the interface has a share function with a link option, that should work for me to see it.
