I think he's having major riding withdrawals.....probably holed up in his garage, in fetal position, rocking back and forth and mumbling at his bikes.

You're NOT helping....I know they would take a trade (I have bought 3 of my last 5 bikes from there including my Blue FJR I call DarLEAN).

Have you ridden one? If you'd like to take one for a spin, come on down, I'll let you take mine for a spin. I think you'll be hooked for sure.

I'm not advocating that you trade. If you do however, I'd be very interested to see how the transition goes from the FJR. I love the look, grunt, and ride of my FJR. Going between it and my DRZ400 makes me wish the FJR was a wide bar bike. Feels so weird to drive it after riding the DRZ400. Good luck in your decision, it's a tough one.

I'm sure MrTwisty can give some insight on this, he traded his 07 FJR after somewhere around 75,000 miles and never looked back.

So while I was grabbing the tag from the Pixel hunt, I decided to drive around Hickman county for the first time since a bunch of people have mentioned it. Was pretty interesting but I didn't spend as much time as I should have there mainly because it was getting chilly and rain was approaching (need better weather...)
Managed to get some video, also tried out my new mounting system on the side of the bike that got a really cool shot to use from now on! I just have to watch the splash back from mud/water obscuring the lens.......
Also I still am having problems with video editors....want HQ video but it never seems to upload to youtube right...this camera shoots great quality but it always gets destroyed in editors...I will get it right and add the GPS overlay back in, just need more time to mess around with them. Cool thing is next time we do a group ride I can turn the cam around and film whoever is chasing me too!

Mike, glad to see you got out and had a peek at some of Hickman Co. Nice pics. I wished that I had the time to get out there and ride today but work had to be done around my place.

I'll be looking forward to my next chance to get down to Hickman.

OK, who needs a good laugh??????????

^^^^That set up looks kinda dangerous to me. I'd hate to go over the handlebars & have the bike flip end over end & wind up getting impaled. :eek1

Hey ---- You know those plugs you attach to your battery so you can attach a battery tender?

It's kind-of a male and female built together.

Wonder where I can get one of those?

SO I can hook up a small air compressor to my battery (like your Threadkiller)

Rat-Shack should have them, any auto parts store will too. These are commonly used for trailer connection wiring.

I cannot imagine why they have a street view of that road....and to answer your question, always take the high road.

If you are looking for one with a built in inline fuse, you can get them at cyclegear and other similar places. If you are looking for the cheap direction, look for a trailer/camper online source. I bought a box of these some time ago for cheap....here is one on Amazon with the inline fuse for less than $5 shipped with PRIME:

    http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000NCOKZQ/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER

Update....I just ordered 3 of them....will let you have one for the $5 if you want???

    OK - thanks guys.

Need one by Thursday so I'll prob try the shack or a parts place.

Thanks for the offer Klaw . . . I'll holler if I can't source one before then.

And as for "the high road" . . . . . I didn't know that was in the ADV vernacular :evil

SAE plugs. Available at WalMart where the trolling motors are. $9 and they're waterproof.
