Thanks Mike! I also have a bit of angle here at my shop. I think I can get it done, but I'll run the completed fix by you and get your thoughts if that's ok? I'm thinking I want to get a piece of receiver tube and weld the angle to that. Then bolt that to the steel plate that came with the hauler. There just isn't enough time in the day.

So has anyone thought about where to ride this weekend? Ferrystock is this weekend but, isn't that mostly a road ride? I might check that out if nothing more dirt related pops up.

Took my opossum for a ride yesterday: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z21_PNwnoZw

Randy has put together some dirt stuff, I think mostly geared toward big bikes, but I'm not sure on that.

I'm planning a mellow weekend after the last few weekends of riding, but if I get some downtime, I'll probably pop over to FerryStoc to say hi.

Me and some of the Dead Ped boys are thinking about a Sequatchie Fun Run on SUNDAY - May 26th. That's the day before Mamorial Day for those of you who can't add.

No rough gulf action this ride. Only trails. 650s and under.

Just throwing it out there. No turdburglers allowed. :deal

Most Anything inside the purple shapes is good
Connect the purple shapes via the red line
Anything with the word "branch" or "creek" will be good
Just explore - if it's gravel take it - you can't get that lost - every road goes somewhere
Best way is to just meander
The far south end of tatum creek is DEEP
The far south end of Thompson lane is DEEP
    Seacrest out . . .

I went to the contact page. *shakes head* I had a Batavus HS 50 that I rode the tires off in high school, drilled airbox and all. But it was just a hold over until I could get my MC license and a true motorcycle. None of those kids were even born when these bikes existed. Everyone has to have a hobby, but this ironic moped hipster thing is a bit much for me. I guess I'm just an angry old man.

    Thanx, [IMG]

Yep that Opossum loves to ride. Almost as much as she loves to roll in a carcass (a trait of her opossum lineage).

Check out how that stock KLR sagged with me sitting back to give the Opossum ridding space. The Ricor doesn't make it a KTM but, It is greatly appreciated.

Wow, I didn't realize there was a rivalry between local clubs. :D I have only been in Tn. 4 years & have formed no alliances. I do have a 650 (un-plated 450 EXC also) & like to ride. I can assure you, I am not a spy sent from this "Turdburglers" club you speak of.

Where are you guys meeting up?.

We'll probably meet up in Coalmont...but will nail the plans down at a closer date. I would bring the 450....don't worry too much about it not being plated - I would think you'll be ok. We'll do some back roads here and there but we usually see quads on the road as well.....and there drinking beer without helments.

BTW - I was pretty confident that you didn't ride with the TurdBurglers as I've seen them out before. They ride out of Brentwood.

Also beware of the FishTacos . . . . they ride out of Hendersonville
