WTF? What's with all the bikes taking naps? :huh
Did anybody keep their bike upright.........anywhere?
Is that a busted clutch cover on the Zuk?
IHF planned out a great route both days. I rode quite a few trails I've never been on.
Well, here's a start... and it didn't take 8 months to a year
Looks like y'all had an awesome weekend
Just a heads up -
A couple of us idiots are gonna be set-up at Kenlake campground 9/13 - 9/15. I know it's the weekend after the 200, but I couldn't make that weekend work. If you got the weekend off, and want to join in, let me know, or just show up.
Is there riding at Kenlake or were ya'll gonna hit LBL? If I'm off, I'd love to ride with some new faces. There's a trail in the N. end of LBL I've been dying to finish but, I'm cool with riding anywhere.
I don't know how he does it, but he always seems to find new stuff. That's why his rides are always epic. I hate that I missed it.
Man Dr.Z that Deals Gap Run was a BLAST , What a great way to work the Soreness out from two days of hard dirt riding, or soft , Muddy, Root Bound, Rocky, Slick, Dusty Riding. Yep we had some of all of it that's for sure ! !
IHF can sure put a ride together, can't he
Man I got kids in Murray, BUT , gonna be driving in from TX that week end, Please keep me in mind next time. Have fun, drink alot and drive fast
We missed ya MT, hope it works out in the near future, Take care of that pretty lady and then lets get back to ridin ! !
Too bad you didn't make it d00d... you would have been the 4th person named Mike of the bunch!
IHF does know his way around Tellico!
I wish I would have had enough time to take a leisurely ride through Deal's Gap. Maybe next time.
Riding LBL -No plans, just wandering around until it's time for booze.
Done. Done. Done.
Slow morning - here are a few more from the weekend.
Our leader - big ups J!
Waiting on the last 2 headlights to come up the hill.
Witt Rd Connector, last trail, last hill climb of the weekend in the rain.
Ohhh a little crossed up at the top?
Pete and DR.Z on 81, narrow and flowing - 2nd fav of the weekend. Love when something is on the line (like falling down a cliff).
Fun creek crossing. Last effort we all took different lines.
Ya know we're all there to ride but a huge part of it is also the fellowship.
Buck Bald team photo. Where are those jumping pix?
Thanks for another great weekend!
Carter Mountain Riding Area
10 miles south of Winchester, TN
The good folks at the Carter Mountain Riders Assoc have agreed to let some "non-members" come ride their club property for $25 per day.
September 21st is the last day to ride before they close for hunting seasons.
Carter Mountain is mainly single track with 2 or 3 fast flowing loops - and then some more rough / back country loops.
Loops range from 8 - 30 miles.
This is a GREAT opportunity to ride miles of singletrack at a fraction of the annual $200 membership cost.
If anyone is interested - speak up FAST. You will have to mail me a check or paypal me. You will have to fill out the membership form and we have to get it to them in ONE WEEK !

Looks like a heck of a time was had by all. One of these days.....
