Yeah that was just some one pumping gas...She said nice bike and I said smile:evil

Gotta tell you all about a meeting I had: I was heading towards Clarksville after getting the photo at the ferry, Blackberry wasn't cooperating with photo uploads so I decided to just flog it home as fast as I could. I came up on a old Gold Wing 1500 and a nice red KLR. Hmmm, I think I've been Bruced so I pull alongside and did my best phototaking sharade. He nods and pulls to the side of the road so I followed. Fella says hello and the first thing I notice is he aint from around here. He had no idea what I was talking about. Turns out they were a couple guys from Quebec out for a ride via Albany, NY, Virginia Beach, Asheville, Knoxville, Memephis, and eventually going to Bowling Green, Indianapolis, and home. Well since I pulled them over, I decided to take their photo and left them scratching their heads on the side of the road. Every curvy road I found today I ended up behind a dump truck:2guns

Hope you folks don't mind the night shots.
Hint. There're some tombstones back there. (Note the glowing orb behind the bike. We didn't see anything in the dark. Kinda spooky at night...)

I imagine on a day as nice as today, it'll be hard to move there. I think I'll stick to tire-changin', carb cleanin', and lawn mowin' :deal

:poser Oh believe me, I know the boundaries :deal

The Tree House took out Cumberland Co.. So, from my last observation that leaves Smith, (Putnam & White is where Burgess Falls is, not sure of the coordinates of which county the tag claims), Van Buren, Coffee, Franklin and Montgomery Counties, 5 YET to be tagged...as if anyone besides me is knocking them off. :D
Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong or missed something.

This beautiful weather has kept you guys busy :clap

I'm glad I stopped to check this place out, neat tag :thumb [IMG]

And this place too, the BRP and the Skyline is one of my favorite places to visit and ride :nod If you ain't been there, add it to your bucket list :trp

Made a list of counties that need to be tagged, but I have noooo clue as to what's in each one. Well that's what a slow day at work Tuesday is for.:evil

I *think* I know where the current tag is but mama has me hiking Radnor lake later so I'm cage bound:2cry

Richard I agree about the BRP. I hink a motorcyclist designed it.:ricky

Rode by Radnor lake on Saturday after getting the last tag. It was crazy crowded. There was a time you could spend hours out there and never see another soul. You could also drive through in those days. Now its so crowded it's hardly worth going. :cry

Unfortunately, whoever set the speed limit DOES NOT ride.

Where is that tag? I can't believe we don't have one on Montgom ...wait, APSU and Hemlock are in Montgomery Co.

Ahhhhhh....Thanks for keeping it close Drowsy ! !

I MUST be nuts. WP drags me all over some of North Carolina's most beautiful roads for two days, and as soon as I get home.....I go get a tag.

Yep, you're right, Montgomery Co is tagged. Thanks :wave

    Dave,
I too remember when Radnor Lake wasn't as popular, back when you didn't have to carry a pooper scooper and baggies when you walked your dog. :topes

HA....NO...I got enough alright, that's for sure. I still can't get over those views of the gorge and those rock faces from up at that campsite.....and running that ridge. I tell you, it's probably a good thing we don't have 900's or something cause they would probably still be trying to pull us off the side of some mountain.

I was kind-of in shell shock while laying around the house after we got back. Then I logged in and saw that tag (which is like 15 minutes from the house), and I thought a close one like that may not come around anytime soon.....so off I went.

I was really surprised is was still available and I didn't get bruced.

IHF - Are you riding the LBL200? Staying @ Piney? It worked out for me to be there after all.
