Wow... that's a great shot C-law
Hey guys, I'm attending a poker run this Saturday 9/21 that benefits the Rutherford County Habit for Humanity. The organizer is a good friend of mine and more riders will help him out. The route starts in Murfreesboro and will meander though Bell Buckle, Lynchburg, and Shelbyville ending back in the boro.
Yeah, I know, a poker run? On a klx? Its fun and a change of pace.
Details here if you want to think about: http://www.hammerdownforhabitat.com/
I'm taking the family down to this area for vacation in October. All kinds of goodness down that way.
Poker runs on dirt bikes are cool, you park next to a $25k dresser, and the dirt bike gets all the attention!
Unless plans change, I'll be at the Toy Run in Clarksville.
It's also much more fun on a dirt bike!
Lol, I have never gotten into the poker runs.....
When you ride a dirtbike in a Poker Run, you get the same feeling a horsefly gets when he's pestering a herd of cattle.
A little gathering in NC this weekend....
Expect more tomorrow......
I hope you have your rain gear with ya! You might need it on the way home. Did you find any " crooked" roads in this area?
One or two decent roads ;-)
I'm not coming home till Monday, gonna ride tomorrow too
Thanks for posting. Every year when an FJR Rally event comes around I have to work.
You're lucky to have a wife that enjoys doing things like this.
More pics please
Finally broken in....
Just found this thread today. Probably one of the only negatives about this site is it's so damn big.
Anyways, I live in Paris and am going to subscribe so that sooner or later I can catch up with some of you and join a ride.
Another one that you need to subscribe to is in my sig line below. Welcome
Hey Gerald, don't want to hijack your thread but we had a helluva ride today. Rode our normal 200 mile loop to Gainseboro and found a real gem of a restraunt. Has a chef from Ireland and the food is phenomenal. Tons of IPA's and good lookin waitresses. Put it on your list of places to go...
