Craftsmanship looks pretty decent, and he surely spent 4 times what he'll ever get out of it. But how would you like jabbing your left knee into that goofy industrial oil tank level gauge?

Makes sense. It refines their skills, but impairs their judgement.

Maybe that's why someone would spend so much time polishing that turd.

So that little Honda 70 went for over $3000 to a guy in Chicago.
:eek2 Found out a guy I work with was the one selling it.

A-freakin-mazing. Still, since that time, I've seen a couple asking even more for those things. And I thought I was an expert on lunacy.

2016 Yamaha WR250R Dual Sport Motorcycle - $7999 (Greenville, WI)
This was my project last summer. I bought it new from Team Motorsports in Green Bay and then began the work. It's basically brand new (still smells new) Only 300 miles on it! With all of the modifications and upgrades, frankly it scares me. I really only wanted to do the project and have a little fun with it. I don't ride it as much as it deserves. Serious and skilled rider inquiries only please. You're welcome to call to discuss, but no solicitation will be accepted. 920-650-80 two eight.

    Some of the modification include:

    - FMF Q4 Muffler
    - FMF MegaBomb Header
    - FMF Electronic Fuel Injection Controller (fully programmable)
    - Flatlands Racing solid aluminum skid plate
    - Flatlands Racing solid aluminum radiator guard
    - Pro Armor hand guards
    - 12 o'clock labs LED electronic blinker/brake system
    - Pro Taper bars/clamp system
    - Airbox upgrade
    - Dunlop D606 Tires
    - Renthal rear sprocket
    - Renthal competition chain
    - Wolfman luggage tank and tail bags
    - Billet aluminum rear tail rack
    - Foot operated lift stand

Total modification were over $3000. Yes.. I have close to $10,000 into the bike.

Are you listing to this as your attempt to sell it?
If so, this isn’t the place for that.
    The price seems fair?
But this is where we point out posts that are not fair.

    I’m confused?

I don't think a couple of bolt ons increase the price above MSRP, but I guess that's just me.

Oh. Gotcha.. With all the extra stuff and minimal miles, I thought it wasn’t too bad. :thumb

I don’t know how much they are, new.
If someone actually wanted all those farkels, Between the goodies and the labor to install, I didn’t think it was too out of line.

    :hmmmmm

Its not at all out of line. The lunacy is that someone would buy a new bike,do all that work to it let alone spend all the xtra money on it,and put 300 freakin miles on it and decide that they're done with it.
