2018 Models are going for $6,700 around here, 0 miles full warranty.
Two years old, for $8k, yep.. He’s outta line, or at least giving himself some serious wiggle room.
I wasn’t aware of what the new ones were going for. I’ve always appreciated the 250 Yamaha’s after riding a bit with @Askel. I looked at the 2018 Husky TE250’s and they are getting $9k for them, so I figured the Yamaha wasn’t that much less.
I wonder if the guy is an inmate here?
used WRs took a nosedive in value around here when the updated CRF250 with EFI came out at a much lower retail a few years back. Yes, the Yamaha has some advantages but that guy is still on good drugs.
If he includes some of those good drugs with it, he might be in the ballpark. But the drugs would have to be good and there would need to be a large quantity of them. Otherwise all he has is a bike that makes marginally more power and still needs to have the suspension upgraded.
The Rebel seller has set a bar.
