    Hey all,

Great ride report! For those that missed it, it truly was an incredible experience! I took the intro class with Leanna and can't believe how much I learned in two short days. Can't wait to find some dirt this weekend.

Leanna, if you read this, how was your first ride in the rain? Glad you made it home safely.

For the rest, it was great meeting so many new friends and I hope to see you all again soon. If you're up near DE/MD, give a shout!

Thanks for posting this. The trip was well worth it, despite the beating my body took out on the trails.

    Here's my campsite:

Well, it kinda looked like a trail when we started out, but by the time I hit the ground and the bike hit me it was at best ruts overgrown with wet vegetation. I decided to go left, and the front wheel agreed, but the bike decided to go right, and I found myself sliding sideways downhill for a short while, rear wheel down in one rut, front wheel in another.

I waited a while before standing the bike up again, I'll tell you what. The fact that it was wheels up in the deeper rut just made it more adventury.

Great pics and commentary that truly captured the awesomeness of the weekend. (One of the MI attendees with the "tired" blue 12GS/beer coaster).

For those of you who missed our presentation about riding in Italy (or anyone who just wants to watch the video again :D).

Thanks to all of you, because it was a truly great event that we were happy to be at. The best part of going to rallies is the people we meet, and you all were wonderful. Thank you for letting us be a part of your trip.

Hey, Jeremy! Wow! What an awesome vacation you guys had. Susan and I spent a week there on a Multistrada a few years back. I can easily picture the scenes discribed in the narrative. Makes me want to go back there again. Thanks for sharing.

I got a nice one too..........with scars from the foot pegs. Had a great time getting all bruised up though. Looking forward to it next year.
