A soap truck.
Guatemala, I think! :huh
Getting close to Mexico!
And that is all of the pictures. I was not planning on doing a Ride Report for this trip, nor did I attempt to document the trip with photos. I post these here at the request of friends. Maybe you have seen enough to motivate you to head south and experience a different culture. I know that I will be returning!
I really enjoyed your trip. I will be leaving Lower Alabama in two weeks for an open ended trip to Latin America....this will be my first time in Latin America and following your adventure and others like yours have been invaluable in helping me to prepare.
I have your Blog Bookmarked and will be following!
Many thanks for the pictures!!! Looks like a really nice trip.
It was great talking with you the other day. Really enjoyed this RR. (Guess so, cause after being here reading RR's since 2009 you get my first post)
Hey... now my odometer reads "1". Hot diggity!!
The other Clarksdale guy.
Is this sugar cane? I remember when I was younger back between 1993-96 going with my father to the processing plant (this was in Puerto Rico) and playing around in the brown sugar and where the unprocessed sugar cane was dropped. Having my dad work at the processing plant we got to go often. If I remember correctly it was called Central Plata in San Sebastián, PR
Thanks for sharing man. Always like your pics and updates.
I don't think this is sugar cane, I think it may be corn stalks. The picture was taken in the mountains of Guatemala coming down into Mexico near Tapachula, MX.
