    Dave,
I would like to install your rack and then install the L bracket for the Rotopax. Please take a look at the images here and tell me if my BMW vario rack will allow me to do so. Also with this set-up can I use the Wolfman Rocky Mountain saddle bags of do I have to go with something like the GL Great Basin?
    Thank you,
    David

    Hi David,

Thanks for your questions. Yes our Top rack will work with the Vario side racks and you can use the L bracket for the Rotopax too:

I don't see a problem with using side mount soft panniers in general. The lower Vario bar will support the load against the Rotopax because the L bracket alone isn't designed for that. It will make it a bit wider though of course.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

    Cheers!

    Dave

We have a MOD Top Rack that got dropped by Canada Post or USPS:cry that's stranded in the Mountianside, NJ area. One of the slots on the side is pushed in a bit but that's the only damage. The powder coat is fine too.

The customer who it was for wanted an undamaged one so we sent him a new one.

The damaged one needs a home though because it prefers to roam around on the back of a bike than sit in the corner.

$80.00 CAD (instead of the usual $119.99 CAD) takes it.

Please email me if you're interested:

    Thanks!
