Yeah, let's see how long this will last....

Got my head screwed on straight after vacation with the family and a marriage. :deal

Major FUBAR on my part. Had pulled my lines off of the incorrect plane, and made a nice crooked floor. Whoops. Time to rip up 5 hours of work and start the math problem over.

Gah - BTDT with a floor I did at my wife's uncle's house.

My Monday - I spent 12 hours replacing the hydraulic clutch on a 1967 A-H Sprite on Saturday. Got it all done, and this morning found the water pump is now leaking. :becca

Ahhhh shit.....I just left there!!!! Floating floor....I really like my cork floors. Nice on Slab....just have to mind the fluids and put a top coat after install. But any floater will do.....lots of new and tough floating floor systems out there. Not a fan of bamboo, and try to get something that has an aluminum oxide coating on it.

You can hold the big hammer.:lol3 Hey.......Twains this week??? Blaine, Len, Fred...............................BRAD!?

Once you get the radiator out of its diabolical mounting position, swapping the pump won't be too bad. I try not to work on the car too often (it's actually my mom's!). British engineering is . . . unique. Amazing they got the Spitfires to actually fly in WWII.

Holy understated announcement Jenna! Congratulations! And yeah, about friggin' time! :clap:clap :freaky

Mrs. K and I just celebrated #26 by taking our older son out for his 21st birthday. :huh

Shit.....I'm trying to curb my swearing habit:D. Maybe it should just be titled "What did hardwaregrrl fuck up today". I swear this job is cursed. The bumper in my floor stapler gave up

    <a href="http://s814.photobucket.com/albums/zz66/hardwaregrrl/?action=view&current=B95B96D3-948C-4217-BBDE-C001F73F5096-16579-0000145E03327A05_zpseac6417b.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i814.photobucket.com/albums/zz66/hardwaregrrl/B95B96D3-948C-4217-BBDE-C001F73F5096-16579-0000145E03327A05_zpseac6417b.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket Pictures, Images and Photos" /></a>

Bits if it all over the floor. No bumper, no air in the chamber.

60 mile round trip in Atlanta lunch traffic, and I've got my parts!! Just fixed the stapler. On a brighter note, the floor looks much better

so there I was @ Twains last night...waiting to tell someone my story of last Monday morning's stepped on cat puke, burnt toast, dropped eggs on carpet and double sugared too sweet hot tea.

but alas, nary an ear to be found
