Monday Night Football is leaving broadcast television in 2006. No cable, no satellite? No Football on Monday night!

That sucks. Fucking Comcast better get it wired out where we are building a house, but they won't. Bastards.

First I've got to go back to dialup after 5 years with broadband.:baldy

Now I won't even be able to see Monday Night Football, a silly ritual I've enjoyed for years. :baldy :baldy

I think it sucks too, even though I have cable and it's no sweat for me.
It's just the principle of the thing.
But, then, it's all about the money. Like that's a surprise in pro sports, right? :rolleyes

Wow, that's funnier every time I see it. :huh

Especially when it's used so discriminately. :nod

Fucking Disney's fault. They own both ABC, the network it's being pulled from, and ESPN, the network it's going to.

NBC will be getting the Sunday night games, but Monday night was just a great way to start the week.

If Jo Momma was reserved for important things it would be a mighty empty place.

You're pretty vocal about something you claim not to care about.

What happened? Did you catch your high school sweetheart blowing the football team one weekend?

Wrong, Retro. The story on this is that NFL games will be shown on local channels in cities where the game is sold out. The NFL still wants folks without cable to be able to see their team play. Just chill, get yourself an antenna for that new home, and hope your team has a sellout for each home game.
