I have... but not the Reklues style unit "yet"
    I had a easyer idea....
being a trials bike and you dont use the g-box as such
I'm going to put a foot clutch on the left side as well as the hand
clutch... if yer look at the 2nd pic you can see the sleeve on the
end of the swing arm pivot bolt for it to pivot on... need the motor in
before I can finish it to get clearances & angles etc

    Spokes?

Plenty of fencing wire in Blenheim.
Thread roller and a pair of pliers and you're away.

    LOL.... I love it....:lol3
Thinking what the hells he on about.... Then I realised...
The Montesa Cota rear has the brake drum & sprocket on the same side "Righ hand side"
    A little Montesa quirk...

Don't say things like that.... These wheels have given me enough grief as it is..

    Looking good,

Did you rebuild the wheels yourself Pete?

If so was it hard sorting out offset etc.

    What was the hardest part?

    LOL.... hell no..
theres a old fella "70+" down here CHCH that done them...
had books & bits of paper with the wheel specs of
almost every bike yer could think of..say he's been at it a while..
he surplyed the spokes/nipples... cost $420 for both..

no fancy jigs etc... sits them on a table with a few blocks of wood to get the
offset close then starts spokeing.... real old school stuff...

Cheers, can you give me his details please, need to get the benelli wheels done, problem is I have already had one go and the front offset is all to hell and the rear wobbles every way you can imagine.

does he supply rims as well?
