Not old school. Not an airhead (well, it is, but not the right brand). You'll want to put this out in the general old school forum.

How about a bit of both then. The Guzzi does not use much fuel:evil

While it's not exactly OLD, I guess being an air cooled 2 valve it could qualify as "old school."

An R100R or mystic would qualify, so why not a Guzzi of the same vintage?
The title of this forum is "airhead", not "BMW Airhead"
    Just saying.......

Well, to start with, they started making the Nevada Classic in 2004 which makes it nearly a full decade newer than the newest BMW airhead. Second, the intent in creating an airhead subforum, was to move all the BMW airhead traffic out of old's cool as it was supposedly suffocating everything else. If we go by your definition of airhead, we'd basically just go right back to the former old's cool forum with everything in the same place.

I really don't care where I put the thread. I would just like one started with guzzi information.
I didn't really see anything that fit. I would think it would be an airhead.

Anyway just tell me the best place to put it and I'll see if someone can move the thread..

Love this forum used to be in the dr650's but don't have that bike anymore. Lots of good
    info comes from these forums.

The Guzzi in question is an early '90's model, concurrent with the stated last of the airhead boxers, what has a later Guzzi got to do with it?

Why not quote the latest Stalvio, still an air cooled pushrod motorcycle, just like the Millie, or the Nevada.

This is the sub forum I would be putting any of my Guzzi's in.

Guzzi's are BMW's with an erection.

You're more likely to draw some action over in Olds Cool, since thats the place thats been set aside for Non-Smokers and Non-Airheads.

Here in the US, it's pretty well accepted that the nick-name for air cooled BMW is "Airheads". Therefore, this place is where BMW Airhead guys hang out. If you think about it, it makes sense because interpreting things any other way, opens this section to almost all of the other brands and bikes currently in OC.

PS: If you want a special section for Guzzi's, bitch at Baldy and sooner or later you'll get one! :lol3

I think the original quote was that the BMW was a Guzzi with saggy tits.

Man that Nevada is beautiful. Don't believe I've ever sen one in person. I'm a Life member of the MGNOC and have owned 13 Guzzi's. Had a V50 111 and a V65 SP. Don't know much about the Nevada. Do they still make it today? Try to go to the Kansas MGNOC Rally every couple years. Good to see a Guzzi thread.
