You could use a better photo of the side case pocket. I had one of the solid and one of the netting.
Man where are all the pics? Your website even mentions a handlebar bag (without a pic) that you don't even mention here.
You're missing out on a huge opportunity IMO, not just with advers but with bikes in general. How much storage space does the average sport bike or dirtbike have? What about UTVs? Inside windshield of boats? Insides of stripped race cars? You need to ramp up your marketing. :)
As above; more pics and info please! The video on your site doesn't show much, neither does Twitsted Throttle's site. Seems like a great idea, and I'm interested. Will a windscreen be damaged by removing the 3M pad? How waterproof/resistant is the bag? What type of zipper?
Were only back a couple weeks and seeing that photo taken on the coast road makes me want to go back.
Were working on more Videos. Twisted Throttle is just coming out with their new Catalog and will have more info on Adventure Pockets. Removing the 3M Pad won't hurt your windscreen, but you can't use a steel putty knife. A sharp plastic blade works best and only to get it started. Then pull slowly with your fingers. There will be glue residue and the longer the pad is on the more residue. Use a good (3M makes one) Adhesive Remover. Best to remove the windscreen and soak the pad. Let it sit an hour and rub with a soft cloth. It usually takes a couple coatings but it will come clean. The motoPOCKET is now made of 1000 Denier Nylon with a interior spray lining. Were calling it Super Water resistant, because the zipper is not fully waterproof. I have ridden thousands of miles in the rain testing and have not had a problem. If my bike must sit out in the rain, say over night. I remove the Pocket and take it in the room.
Thanks for the additional info!
Greetings from Mexico! Mine is on the inside lid of my Jessie tail box....hasn't moved in at least 500 topes !! Holding firm and happy that it is.
I keep all my photo copies i.e. license, registration, passport etc. in that pocket...safe and sound and dry!
I have just ordered my Adventure pocket and look forward to its arrival. It will be nice to have lip balm, sunglasses, smokes, and small flashlights accessible easily and not buried in my jacket or pants pocket.
James, your the man.
Thanks for adding the new photos and their sizes
I USED MY MOTO POCKET TOP IN MEXICO LAST MONTH. IT WAS GREAT HAVING ALL PAPERS AND WALLET AND MY PASSPORT ALL IN ONE PLACE
I just returned from a month in Mexico. Does that count?
Still In Mexico,on our way heading south towards capo,I tell my girl friend
everyday that my moto pocket I purchase from you has made life easy being
able to keep all my must have items in arms reach.do you have other products
Were planning a trip to Alaska, would that qualify for the free pockets? I would send some great photos.
Alaska would work great.
I first saw your product months ago and am interested. The lid pockets for my BMW adventure cases look good. I don't think I can use the windshield pocket with the OEM windshield and crossbar without having a "void" at the bottom of the pocket where I'd loose things. I'd like to see more pictures up close.
I'm not leaving the country but I am going on a 7,500 trip the first of July from Mississippi to Seattle and back with visits to some really increadable and scenic landmarks (Yosemite, Yellowstone, Tioga Pass, Grand Canyon, Vegas, Napa Valley, Great Salt Flats, Highway 101 and much more) with my Canon SL1 DSLR.
Kingsized, send me an e-mail <firstname.lastname@example.org
Just checked out your new web site. Great improvement
Thanks for the head's up. I agree, its shows the pockets much clearer and you still get the "in action" photos. Good job Bob!
Kingsized, thanks. A bigger and improved gallery in the next couple days. Looking forward to your photos. B
