    LOL.

Have to give the sheep credit even if they are offline. The entrance to the carousel is tricky.

Lots of riders in MA haven't ridden Sonoma before today or haven't been here for several years. Could give an edge to the locals. Beaubier and Fong were fastest overall on Friday.

Anyone else surprised to see Hayes and Hayden off the pace?

I said last year Hayes was over the hill, yet he still was able to win. This year, possibly due to injuries, he seems to be even more on the downhill slide. He's still fast, but not for a whole race distance.

Gerloff and Beaubier owned the day. Elias recovered well at the end for a nice finish.

Tough day for Hayden and Fong. Hope they can come back strong tomorrow.

Happy for Cam. So bummed for Bobby Fong. Gerloff crushed it. Enjoying the KTM Cup race right now.

Awesome weather, great racing so far with much more to come, "best atmosphere of any MA race in the country" according to someone who knows.

If you're anywhere near Sonoma get down here today and check it out!!!

Also for the support classes we have sidecars, and AFM Formula 4, which is mostly tricked out SV650s and "cripple triples", which are 4 cylinder 600s with one cylinder disabled to make it a 450 triple, plus one Aprilia v-twin ridden by none other than 4 time AMA 250 GP national champion Chuck Sorenson).

We've had two heat races so far, with the main event today at 12:10. Stop by and say hi, I'm in Garage 20. Red SV, AFM # 622

Anybody notice Gagne's bike chattering in the corners? It looked like it would rattle the fillings outta your teeth. Wow

Had a great time. Perfect weather. Nice crowd. Great access to riders and teams. Good racing in the RC Cup and cutthroat racing both days in 600 superstock and a blast to watch. As a NorCal homer, I was glad to see Cam knock out two convincing SBK wins. Gerloff should not have been able to get away like that on such a technical track. The kid has talent. Even got a kick out the AFM F4 support race. MA put on a good event.

Glad to hear it was a good weekend, looking forward to the Pittsburgh round in 2 weeks. Haven't seen a superbike race since the last time they ran at mid-ohio.

There are few things that will get the old adrenal gland pumping like having a deer leap over the guy in front of you coming through the Carousel at Sears Point. :twitch Kinda throws one off of the old game plan.
