Bugger me if The Kid doesn't look stylish crashing even....

Either Bautista has a different electronics package to the Repsol boys, or his team is way behind on setting it up to work. Another nasty high side and nearly a couple more in the FP's. Meanwhile in a couple of the ultra slowmos you could easy see Pedro almost completely relying on TC to keep momentum.

Ya gotta get tired of landing on your head like that...

I have just finished watching the final qualifying session after another night shift.

Marquez admits he made a mistake, should have written that lap off.

Quote....“Today I made the first mistake of the season, so I need to apologise to the team because it was my fault. The strategy we had set out was coming together perfectly, but when riding with the last tyre I braked too late,” said Marquez.

“I knew it was my last attempt, so I tried to go into the corner anyway. That was not the best choice; I should have written off the lap, but these things happen when you are riding at home; you always try to give a little bit extra.

“We know for tomorrow that there is no more room for improvement on that corner and that we have a good set-up with which to fight for the win.”

Bautista looked like he hit the ground HARD!!! Hope he his OK!

Could be a very good race tomorrow. MM rarely makes the same mistake twice. Can't wait!!!

Now he is saying Hernandez is faster than him on last year's bike so it shows Ducati has made no progress over the last year.

Crutchlow "0 confidence in the bike" "gets worse every time I ride it"

"last year's bike better" Isnt that about what the beginning of the end of Valentino's Ducati ride sounded like?

    Ducati must pay well.

Although Dovi gets on with the bike nicely.

    :rofl

For all we know Dall'Igna has told him to criticize the bike to keep the pressure on the Eye-ties.

I'm kinda puzzled by Crutchlow's complaining, it is clear enough to the rest of the world what he was climbing onto with the Ducati deal. He had to know better than most of us what he was getting into.

Does anyone actually listen to Cal any more?

I thought he was sort of sketchy when he beat Dovi, his Tech3 team mate, twice in a row and started telling the world he deserved a factory bike.

Cal is talented and I'm happy he's finally getting some financial reward, I hope he doesn't become another Spies.

If it rains it won't matter... I think MM fall in turn 1 will come back to haunt the other factory riders. When the enemy thinks there is a crack in your armor that is when you erase all doubt...

MotoGP.com reports overcast but dry, cool (21C) with cool (17C) track temp.

In warm-up, top five within a half-second of each other.

No word on why Dovi missed the warm-up.
