    The tires are built. :D

I'm starting on the frames and swing arms this weekend. I picked up perfect stuff from my father-in-law this weekend for the cylinder heads. My goal is to have all 3 (I'm not planning on making a 4th) by the end of the month....that's my goal. I get up every morning early, before the family is awake and I have to get ready to leave for my job, and work in the garage on the builds. Some mornings I get a lot done, some mornings it takes me an hour and a half to make a fender. :rofl

I've actually been sick, started last friday and kept me out of work until wednesday and I'm still not 100% yet (although much better). I have the rear subframes bent/cut. I'm trying to figure out how to do the engine now and I think I've got that figured out too. Once I make the engine, I will weld the rear subframe to it along with the swing arm and then I can bend up the front crash bars and weld them on. Next step after that will be gas tank/plastics, seat etc....

    Very creative!!!!!!

Every one you have made (including the tractor) is an excellent representation of what you were shooting for.

    The Tiger 800 is awesome!!!!!!

Keep up the good work! :clap

Been busy....to say the least. I've been working on a Triumph Rocket while working on the GSA's. She asked me if I'd build one for her husband a few months ago and I've put other bike builds infront of it b/c it wasn't needed for quite awhile. I had to stop on the GSA b/c the Rocket had a due date (anniversary) that it HAD to be done for. It is finished :clap so now I can get back to focusing on only one bike build, the GSA. I'm hoping to get quite a bit done on them this weekend and will post pics of what I get accomplished Sunday evening.

    This is the Triumph.

Thanks man! Also thanks for liking our Facebook page, building bikes is just a little of what I do and by following the Facebook page you'll see everything else. My wife takes care of the etsy site and the Facebook page and I mainly just work in the dungeon (in between being a parent of 2 little kiddos, normal 40 hr/week job, riding motorcycles...etc....etc.....). :D

I stress the entire time I'm building bikes, so I really appreciate the positive feedback. :freaky

Tomorrow morning I'm planning on adding the front fender and the portion of the crash bars that protect the shrouds. After that's done it's on to the body work.

I really think so too. I can't wait to see it after final clean up and clear coating. It's amazing the difference from the "dirty" pics to final project. I would have more done than that but the swing arm assembly was giving me fits! It kept warping from heat and I had to redue it three times.

This is some excellent work, man! I wish I had any sort of artistic talent. If you ever do an F800GS or a Ulysses, I'd buy it in a heartbeat!

Thank you! I'll let you guys know when the bikes builds I have still waiting are done, then I can look at adding more builds.

Here are some other items I've built.

Kid Art. Your childs art turned into metal to last forever. This was a kiddos self portrait. :D
