My buddy and I will be continuing our West coast trip to Long Beach tomorrow and looking for motorcycle friendly hotels to stay at. Somewhere with secure parking. Any suggestions please?

I'm not sure what your price range is, but I've had good luck with they Hyatt Regency. They've got some motorcycle spots that are visible from the Valet stand/Front Door, and most of the Valets that I've talked to ride into work, so you're parked with their bikes when you park it. That area is also under video surveillance, but I don't know if that is actually monitored...

Note that this is the Hyatt Regency, not the Pike Hyatt. Parking at the Pike Hyatt is in a public garage.

^^^ this.....I've lived within 15 miles of this all of my life and what CIB says is correct.. This place will also allow easy access to 2nd Street, Seal Beach, etc...

That's a good story, have another one?
That's a decent idea, although the place sucks now and is basically a night club on the weekends with a bunch of drunk and stupid college students doing crazy shit.

I would try the Golden Sails. It's right on PCH about 1/4 mile from 2nd strt.

Good call on this. Also, just a tad east on Westminster Ave(2nd Street) is the Hampton INN at Seal Beach Blvd. This will give you a direct shot to the west and back into LB.

Golden Sails & Hampton, with In-N-Out Burger right between them, will both be just fine.
